I just want to share with you that I purchased a pad from you in approximately 1989. I am STILL using this same pad. My name is Fran Smith. I live in Yuma, Arizona. This pad, at approximately 22 years old, is showing NO signs of wearing out or wearing down. This is, by the way, with day in and day out use. It has done and continues to do, what you said it would.
